About Us
BidTrackerPro.com was the brain child of a select
group of high volume REO agents and property managers
looking for a better answer to managing vendors
and bids.
The challenge was the constant need to find competant,
top performing contractors to complete work on properties
and keep track of all the approvals, invoicing and
photos etc.
Either the bids came in late, or we didn't have
photos, or the contractor completed the work two
weeks late, or they forgot to send in their invoice
only to come looking for payment two months later.
It was a constant struggle to keep all of the loose
ends tied down and in the mind of our clients we
looked like we had dropped the ball.
This lead to the development of BidTrackerPro.com.
