While Bid Tracker Pro does make reasonable effort to verify the real estate agents and vendors that use Bid Tracker Pro, we can not guarantee the ethical work practices or the credit worthiness of the users. By using Bid Tracker Pro you agree to hold Bid Tracker Pro and its parent company Permasoft LLC and its subsidiaries harmless in any claim resulting from any loss in connection with subscribing to our system.

Bid Tracker Pro does attempt to verify licenses, current insurance and correct contact information for each user as a courtesy to the user. While deemed reliable, this information is not guaranteed. Any user found to be behaving unethically, not maintaining proper licensing and insurance, or not paying on completed work orders without cause can and will be denied usage of our system at the sole discretion of Permasoft LLC. We retain the right to deny service to anyone for any reason we deem fit.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Bid Tracker Pro's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Bid Tracker Pro does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Bid Tracker Pro may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Bid Tracker Pro does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Real estate agents: By posting bids and work orders on this site, you agree to guarantee payment for satisfactorily completed work orders within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed 90 days. If payment will take longer than 90 days or the vendor is to be paid directly by the owner of the property, you agree to disclose this to the vendor at the time the bid is requested. You also agree to hold Bid Tracker Pro harmless for any lack of performance by a vendor or for any damages caused by a vendor either due to negligence or criminal activity.

Vendors: By accepting bids and work orders on this site, you agree to guarantee quality and timely workmanship, to use agreed upon materials to complete work orders, and to supervise all work in progress. If you plan to subcontract work, you agree to guarantee that all subcontractor companies are properly licensed and insured. You also agree to hold Bid Tracker Pro harmless for lack of payment or disputes that arise between you and the real estate agent or owner of the property.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Purchase Policy

1. General Purchase and Refunds

Fees and Payment:

SUBSCRIBERS to the Monthly Advertising of Zip Codes agree to make periodic payments in consideration for the subscription advertising service. The periodic fees will be based on the rate schedule in effect at the time SERVICE is used. SUBSCRIBER'S use of the SERVICE will be subject to credit limits established for SUBSCRIBER'S credit card by the issuer of such card. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the interest charged under the terms of this Agreement shall never exceed the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

PURCHASER of Bid Tracker Pro certification course agrees to pay a one time certification fee. This fee is deemed non-refundable as the purchaser will have access to the course and will derive immediate benefit from the educational materials upon purchase. Since this material is delivered electronically, there is no way to prevent further usage of the material if someone returns it.

A copy of the rates schedule is available by emailing support@bidtrackerpro.com. Bid Tracker Pro reserves the right to change the amount of the periodic fees and/or the method in which these fees are billed to SUBSCRIBER at anytime upon notice to SUBSCRIBER (notice shall be deemed given when such changes are posted on SERVICE). It is understood and agreed that the features of the SERVICE are subject to change without notice to SUBSCRIBER. By completing the enrollment process, SUBSCRIBER acknowledges understanding that periodic charges will be billed to SUBSCRIBER'S credit card. SUBSCRIBER also acknowledges understanding that SUBSCRIBER will be billed continually in consideration of each period until SUBSCRIBER terminates subscription to SERVICE. SUBSCRIBER may terminate subscription to SERVICE at any time by emailing support@bidtrackerpro.com . Upon receipt of a termination request, Bid Tracker Pro shall email confirmation of cancellation to SUBSCRIBER.

The SERVICE shall be deemed terminated on the last day of the then in effect subscription period. SUBSCRIBER agrees that the subscription fee is non-refundable once paid.

Bid Tracker Pro is not responsible for any additional recourse that may be deemed necessary for Vendors to receive payment from any REO company or Property Management company or any other user who has requested a Vendor to complete work. Where as, Bid Tracker Pro takes reasonable steps to insure that registered real estate agents are currently licensed and insured, we recommend that a Vendor take additional steps to insure the company requesting the bid and work is legitimate. This may include visiting the company in person or any additional steps that assist in making a determination. If you believe the company is fraudulently misrepresenting itself, please contact Bid Tracker Pro by emailing support@bidtrackerpro.com . Bid Tracker Pro will review all materials and determine if additional steps are necessary, including but not limited to the cancellation of the company account profile.
